Describe the change
This change adds a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) User Interface (UI) to the emulator.
Current behavior
Interactions with the emulator have to undertaken via the API.
New behavior
Interactions with the emulator can be undertaken via the API or the UI.
Additional context
Blazor has been used for the UI to ease integration.
