Release with fixed config file locations

Update to the first release: find config files in all situations.
Some documentation fixes and additions.
etc.

Initial Release

The initial public release; same code as used for the first public results at IHK Stuttgart, except some fixes for config loading, skipping some outdated tests, some documentation and other cleanup.
