Refactored html/sass templates to replace semantic html with component divs.
Changed/added sass _templates to further modularize page styling into component-based partials.
Added back TravisCI integration -- .travis.yml.
Also, updated SASS wiki page to further emphasize variables/mixins for reusability and other key concepts.
