Summary & Motivation (Problem vs. Solution)

TODO:

• docker daemon json -> option registry mirrors -> update that to point at ghcr
  • from james: "here's a setting in docker's daemon.json called registry-mirrors that you can use to tell docker to try somewhere else before docker hub"
• manually upload all the stagex intermediate artifacts to GHCR so we can then pull from there
