Joining the conference

Get meeting URL from your invitation email (e.g. https://lyncweb.company.com/meet/john.doe/1D54KL49)
In Pidgin click: Accounts -> [your Lync account] -> Join scheduled conference...
Paste the meeting URL to Meeting location: field and click Join.

Viewing presentation

While in a meeting, click Conversation -> More -> Show presentation

Sharing desktop

While in a meeting, click Conversation -> More -> Share my desktop
