This is my attempt at fixing Issues #413, #414, and #419. In each of these cases we're assessing squares that are just one entry outside of the board, so this update ensures that
zzzanhas the relevant entries. While I was working on this, I also updated the straight "loops over the entire board" to not waste time going over the slack entries.
