The MIMIC-II Introduction, MIMIC-II Patient Fate, and the FHIR tutorial notebooks all use KNN imputation. As KNN imputation will require
ep.ad.infer_feature_typesto be run beforehand as soon as theislab/ehrapy#697 is merged, I updated the respective notebooks to incorporate the feature type determination before any other preprocessing steps.
