I've been running with 3.1.4 for some time already, seems to work fine.

I was looking at https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2021/12/25/ruby-3-1-0-released/ and all the features look optional:

Values in Hash literals and keyword arguments can be omitted. [Feature #14579]
The pin operator (^) in pattern matching now takes an expression. [Feature #17411]
Parentheses can be omitted in one-line pattern matching. [Feature #16182]

I'm proposing we rename this to Add partial Ruby 3.1 support and create issues to track the remaining issues.
