Excel Export

• Fixed an issue with cells being skipped in export when time and date range widgets are present
• Fixed an issue where blank geo region tags would lead to inconsistent exporting

Assessment Registry (ARY)

• Added a Stakeholders selection pop-up in the Metadata tab enabling a drag-and-drop interface for categorizing organizations
• Added highlighting in the search field in the Stakeholders pop-up. Search is possible both from long names or abbreviations
• Users can now publicly add new organizations through the 'Add New' button in the Stakeholders pop-up

Tabular

• Fixed undefined tab issue for tabular preview
• Added checks for static filter options in entries filter form
