Resolve the assertion error due to NaN value of PCC in some Slice Op Tests #57

Some slice op tests are failing with the following error:

E AssertionError: PCC is nan which is less than 0.99

Find the root cause of the issue and resolve it i.e. if it requires tt-metal uplift in tt-mlir, then follow up on it and re-enable these tests after uplifting tt-mlir version.
