tt-smi --list shows "L" for n150s cards, but tt-smi UI does not. Align the conditions to check for Wormhole devices in both places. This has the side-effect of removing the only check for value "n300". Resolves issue tenstorrent#48. Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <[email protected]>
