Change shema to be a wrapper for UpdateActivityOptions (#6526)

## What changed?
Change schema to wrap update activity request from frontend to history
service.

## Why?
To be consistent requests from frontend to internal services should wrap
original request

## Is hotfix candidate?
No. Not used yet.
