tempo_eval

tempo_eval is a repository that hosts different versions of corpus reference annotations, estimates for these corpora, and evaluation code that goes beyond single figure binary metrics like Accuracy1.

The goal of tempo_eval is to make evaluation of global tempo estimation system easier and better.
