Jenn had trouble finding the lemp13 tech docs today because she didn't know how to get to tech docs without clicking one of the links for a specific model. To help remedy that, I think it would be a good idea to include a general link to tech docs and a mention that newer models may not be listed in the table yet, since they always have to show up there before they can be added here.
(Long-term, it would be nice to figure out a better solution for tech docs discoverability, like the one initially proposed in #1145 but in a more fitting spot. And this Markdown table is getting pretty cumbersome to update, so it might be good to figure out a better format for the article here, too.)
