Beta Release 2

This is a beta release. Why beta?

• No batch processing functionality, although defined in the json RPC 2.0 specifications
• Vala client doesn't support callbacks

FIX: javascript client is now more stable by using a simple callback queue.

Note: This edition contains the binary files of the Vala library. (so file, C header file and vapi file)
