PROBLEM TO EXPORT THE TREE

Hello,

I’m experiencing issues exporting a phylogenetic tree. When I try to export it as a PDF, the resulting file is empty and has a size of 0 KB. The same problem occurs when I attempt to export in other formats, such as JPEG.
Please let me know how to successfully export the tree in PDF or JPEG format without having these issues.
