Encountered an issue while loading the XML file with phytime

Dear Doctor,

I am learning how to use phytime to estimate a time tree using a modified xml file, but run with error prompt: Encountered an issue while loading the XML file. I don't know where the issue exactly is, but I guess it might be the calibration element, I used a separate calibration file (file name was listed in the calibration element of xml file). I used the sample tips calibration with the upper equal to the lower bound (meaning a certain sample time for each tip). I am not sure whether the way of calibration is appropreate or not.

I attached my xml file, tree file, seqences file and calibration file here hoping helpful for fixing this issue.
