Using concepts of Computer vision the algorithm for lane detection for self-driving cars was developed centred mainly on the usage of ‘Gaussian blur’, ‘Canny’ and ‘Hough’s Transform’; then applied using OpenCV on Python making use of various open source libraries like matplotlib & numpy and data models.
