Viewing and editing the model setup summary table

There's a dynamic summary table of the model setups available here.

If you update the model setups, you can recreate the table by running rmarkdown::render("extra/parameters.Rmd"). You can then view the local HTML file extra/parameters.html in a web browser. Once you have committed and pushed the rendered HTML file to GitHub, you can view it at the above URL, copied again here:
