Formatting, minor layout improvements and small documentation tidy-up's across a number of predbat documents.
Added details of a template sensor to calculate load_today if you can't reliably get it from GivTCP (e.g. two inverters).
Added automation script samples to monitor that GivTCP and predbat are running, and if any errors occur, to raise an alert.
Added details of using the Codespaces Terminal to the development guidelines.
Added FAQ for filtering out predbat.plan_html warning messages.
