Describe the Change
This PR adds new self-hosted Palette and VerteX guides on how to use an RHEL-based airgap binary to install Harbor and other tools required for Palette installation on an existing airgap RHEL VM hosted in VMware vSphere.
Note: Vertex and self-hosted files are the same (I used partials :))
