mention strun package name usage in docs

Following spacetelescope/stpipe#202 stpipe allows providing a package name to resolve ambiguous aliases provided to strun:

strun jwst::resample ...

This PR adds a note to the docs about when this might be needed.

As this PR doesn't touch code no regression tests were run.
