Changed parameters from integer to floating point

I noticed that the parameters could not be set correctly in Harrison Mixbus. By removing the integer property of the parameters, this seems to be fixed.

Fixed bugs and compiled for Linux, Windows, and MacOS

In v0.0.1, the mix knob did not work on Windows, so I fixed this. I also cross-compiled for MacOS (even though I have not tested it yet). So now the features are:

• 4 saturation types
• Master volume
• Master mix
• Cross platform (Linux, Windows, and MacOS)
