The project makes use of the frisby test runner. Therefore the karma test runner files are removed
The Techgrind rename and files related to the Techgrind app are removed.
Remove the HomeCtrl error by assigning the right Controller.
The angular-mocks, scarios and local-storage-module are now installed using bower.The paths for including these js files are changed.
Test to check the version of the steam-service and injecting the steam service.

The unit tests to check the function definitions have been added. These check the public and the private functions in the sTeam REST API.
