Adds item ratings to be used in the clientside PR. They should be accepted at the same time. The following ratings were also changed:

Auspicious Armor, Malicious Armor, Masterpiece Teacup, and Unremarkable Teacup are now Useless items, for obvious reasons.
Big Nugget is now a Usually useless item; the old algorithm said items there are for Fling only, which it is.
