fix minor issues and background color on the dymap notice #10

changes:

changed modal background from white to black, this way you can see the green text better
changed modal close button to be white on hover instead of black so you can see it on the new background
fixed punctuation and capitalization in the modal text
split a comment on the code part of the modal so it doesn't overflow on smaller screens
