For example, in https://github.com/seattleflu/seattle-geojson/blob/master/sfs_domain_geojsons/2016_wa_censusTracts%2Bsfs_domain.geojson there should only be GEOID for tracts, a 7 digit PUMA (not puma5, 7 puma = state 2 + puma 5), and the regional_name (and not residence_xxx)
