Release se2thesis v4.3.1

Added:
- Add a hint on the usage of `scrreprt` as the base class if one wants to
  have numbered bibliography or appendices.
- Add section in the documentation on the usage of babel, its shorthands
  for  German and English to re-enable hyphenation of compound words, and
  the conflicting package `hyphenat`.

Fixed:
- Fix list of implicitly loaded packages.
