This Pull Request:

  • adapts the synth-parser to the ontology changes for the Synth data.

Status: The parsing works, but I still have some Shacl Validation Error for the Add Action:

  1. obo:PATO_0001019 gets a validation error that I don't quite understand
  2. "swissCatNumber": "" as an empty input data value leads to a problem, since the ontology specifies:
sh:property [sh:xone([sh:path cat:casNumber; sh:datatype xsd:string] [sh:path cat:swissCatNumber; sh:datatype xsd:string] )];
