Minimal UI 0.4.7: Removed wrong colour picker from player settings

Bugfix: Removed color pickers from players view settings.
It was never intended. Please do share feedback if you think
Minimal-UI should be configurable by players. The original
intention is that the GM sets the desired viewport.
