Includes the following bugfixes:

Fix symbolic link emitting in sh script (sometimes files were omitted from rmlint.sh)
Fix compile stop on BSD systems in utilities.c (thanks f99aq8ove)
Fix some compiler warnings and typos.

Also:

Add basic spanish translation.
Add basic compile support on cygwin.
