Speed up loading of osis xml
Support for an osis xml reference Bible to use in place of KJV if required.
To use osis xml reference Bible:

  1. create a folder under \BibleTaggingUtility\ReferenceBibles with the required Bible Name (e.g. NASB)
  2. place the osis xml in this folder
  3. prefix the file name with "1." (e.g. if the file name is osis.xml, rename it to 1.osis.xml)
  4. add the following to the [Tagging] section of<Bible Folder>BiblesConfig.txt
    topReferenceVersion= (e.g. topReferenceVersion=NASB)
