Support for iPhone 12 Image & Video Formats

This release contains the following changes:

1. More efficient H/W video decoding.
2. Supports iPhone HDR videos. Preserves HDR metadata. Although Dolby Vision is lost.
3. Auto-remote corrupt output file on conversion failure.
4. Video settings hash calculation update.
5. Configured Image Magick to pickup the 1st image in container. This fixes conversion for portrait mode photos.
