This project was generated with Angular CLI version 1.2.3.
We will be using JSONPlaceholder as our REST Api.
Make sure to correctly configure the baseurl in app.module.ts
By providing no arguments to the static forRoot() method it will set the production url as the base url.
imports: [
JsonPlaceholderApiModule.forRoot(),
]
The static forRoot() method takes an optional string parameter where you can configure the base url.
imports: [
JsonPlaceholderApiModule.forRoot('http://localhost:3000/'),
]
To Launch the REST Api locally on port 3000
npm run api
Or start the complete dev environment (Angular app + REST Api)
