Jworks Angular Testing Workshop

This project was generated with Angular CLI version 1.2.3.

JSONPlaceHolder

We will be using JSONPlaceholder as our REST Api. Make sure to correctly configure the baseurl in app.module.ts

Production base URL

By providing no arguments to the static forRoot() method it will set the production url as the base url.

  imports: [
    JsonPlaceholderApiModule.forRoot(),
  ]

Custom base URL

The static forRoot() method takes an optional string parameter where you can configure the base url.

  imports: [
    JsonPlaceholderApiModule.forRoot('http://localhost:3000/'),
  ]

Launch the JSONPlaceHolder REST Api Locally

To Launch the REST Api locally on port 3000
