As a smoke test, compile the
IMPsemantics fromtests/smoke/imp.kand run two basic tests withkore-rpc-boosterto check that LLVM backend and booster server work together.Fixes #3926
This also enables the tests in
tests/smokeas these were previously not executed bymvn verify.
