WITHDRAWN v1.2 - Netherlands KPN support

DANGER: Release withdrawn, use v1.3. Use of v1.2's install command on KPN and accepting the suggestion to overrideslot instead (as opposed to running overrideslot to begin with) will brick devices.

Added the overrideslot command as an alternative for full installs for ISPs that only need the Eth UNI PPTP slot changes
Added support for ISPs that don't require cloning of existing serial numbers (subscribers permitted to register their own ONT serial numbers)
