## Resubmission
This is a resubmission. In this version I have:
## New feature for bulk download
This is an upgrade to version 1.0.0 because the suite is now a complete wrapper of all functions in the API. In this version I have:

* Put all instances of 'Comtrade' in the title and description in single quotes

* Changed F to FALSE in remaining instance

* deleted examples for unexported functions
* added `ct_get_bulk`, which allows for downloading bulk files from comtradr

## Test environments

* local OS X x86_64-apple-darwin21.6.0 (64-bit), R 4.3.1
* Ubuntu Linux 20.04.1 LTS, R-release, GCC (Rhub)
* Fedora Linux, R-devel, clang, gfortran (Rhub)
Rhub is currently not available due to a SSL certificate problem, I have used
github actions instead to test and the standard https://win-builder.r-project.org/ environment

* local OS X x86_64-apple-darwin23.2.0(64-bit), R 4.3.3
* Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS-R version 4.4.0 (2024-04-24)
* Windows Server 2022, R-devel, 64 bit

## R CMD check results

This is a re-release. The Comtrade API has been rewritten entirely. This re-release reflects these changes. Package had been archived before at the request of previous maintainer.

There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs.

There are 5 NOTES.

1. One related to the archival of this package:
```
* checking CRAN incoming feasibility ... [4s/25s] NOTE
Maintainer: ‘Paul Bochtler <[email protected]>’
New submission
There is 1 NOTE.
Package was archived on CRAN
CRAN repository db overrides:
X-CRAN-Comment: Archived on 2023-04-12 at the request of the
maintainer.
```

2. Two that are only found on Windows (Server 2022, R-devel 64-bit):

```
* checking for detritus in the temp directory ... NOTE
Found the following files/directories:
'lastMiKTeXException'
```
As noted in [R-hub issue #503](https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/503), this could be due to a bug/crash in MiKTeX and can likely be ignored.

3. The other is:

```
* checking for non-standard things in the check directory ... NOTE
Found the following files/directories:
''NULL''
```

As noted in [R-hub issue #560](https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/560), this seems to be an Rhub issue and so can likely be ignored.

4. A fourth that is found with *Fedora Linux, R-devel, clang, gfortran* and *Ubuntu Linux 20.04.1 LTS, R-release, GCC*

```
* checking HTML version of manual ... NOTE
Skipping checking HTML validation: no command 'tidy' found
```

5. A fifth that is found with *Fedora Linux, R-devel, clang, gfortran* and *Ubuntu Linux 20.04.1 LTS, R-release, GCC*
1. One related to URLs:

```
Found the following (possibly) invalid URLs:
URL: https://comtrade.un.org/data/doc/api/#Limits
From: NEWS.md
Status: Error
Message: libcurl error code 35:
```

Unfortunately this is the official webpage for the UN Comtrade API, but we have no control over their SSL certificates, so cannot fix this error.

```
These URLs are online and working, I am not sure what causes this issue.
I can not see any redirects that may cause this. This is the URL provided by the
UN hence I cannot change it.
