RaspberryPI-IP-Camera-v1.8-beta

This is a new version of the Raspberry IP Camera Build which incorporates a newer version of Raspbian Jessie Lite, als also some bug fixes and extra functionality on the web interface.

• the camera image will now be displayed even if both the network cable and wifi are connected simultaneously
• there is a new slider on the settings page to configure the streaming bandwidth
• the web gui will show an error if the camera is not detected properly

This version of the Raspberry IP Camera is updated and running on Raspbian Jessie Minimal.
Problems with the small partition is solved, and own applications can now be installed on remounting read/write

Security update release, a bunch of security holes are now closed.
The net-installer is discarted for now, since there are still bugs to fix.

Problems with the RTSP server are resolved now.
A new over-the-net installer is developed and is now downloadable which is very small in size.
