...We should hope. This patch restores the 0.625m Probe-Heatshield interactions in KSP's ReStock mod to their truly Stock behavior, while retaining all the visual goodness that ReStock brings.
Installation
- Download the .zip from the Releases page.
- Extract it into your /Kerbal Space Program directory. (Not into /GameData, but into your root /KSP directory)
- Enjoy.
Test Bed
I've also included a "test bed" save file for KSP 1.12.5, which helped me find and prove the problem. And later, to know that I had fixed it. Unzipping it to your root KSP folder, (again not GameData) will give you a new Sandbox save in KSP. Load in, hit F9 to bring up the quicksaves, and select 'Before Decoupling' to test dropping all three probes at once from LKO!
