General clean-up

There were some things outright wrong with this package in it's current form. We fixed those.

Breaking

• Inconsistent naming between package.json and bsconfig.json.
  --> Namespace is now BsFlexboxgrid

Changes

• We removed the examples from the code (removing a bunch of dependencies in the process)
• We moved incorrect dependencies / devdependencies to peerdependencies.
