feat(connector): add webhdfs sink

What's changed and what's your intention?

Since hdfs sink requires a Hadoop environment during compilation, we introduce the webhdfs sink.

Release note

This pr add webhdfs sink, is parallel to the existing s3 sink, gcs sink, etc. As a workaround for hdfs, webhdfs reduces the dependence on the Hadoop environment when using hdfs.
