test(connector): add PG CDC data compatibility test

What's changed and what's your intention?

Add PG CDC data compatibility test without struct type because of this bug #13168. Will add it back when it's fixed

The checksum tool has an ongoing reliable PR. Will add the data consistency check after it's merged.
