feat(sink): kafka async truncate log

What's changed and what's your intention?

In this PR, in kafka sink, we support keep polling the delivery future, and when any delivery finishes, we truncate the log reader immediately.

The SinkWriterV1 trait is removed because kafka sink is the only remaining usage on the trait.
