chore(ci): filter slow tests

What's changed and what's your intention?

Run slow unit tests only in main-cron.

Unit tests are starting to run slower and slower. It's time to partiton them someway.

I think slow / fast tests are the most practical choice to immediately cut down the unit test run time.

Different filter patterns seems to trigger recompilation. How to avoid?

• Provide label to run all unit tests.
