Through this project we will be writing about parking tickets and violations
and we are going to look at places in DC where these are most prevalent.
This is important because we can potentially find places where violations
are much more enforced which could make it easier for users to avoid tickets.
The goal of this project is potentially find a correlation between highly
parking enforcement and abandoned vehicles.
