We're at #ldnrealtime London Real-Time for 48 hours.
We're using a RabbitMQ message queue service on Cloud Foundry to queue messages of encouragement from one anonymous ex-smoker to another:

We've got a mobile web client as the main user interface and we've used Twilio to enable SMS encouragement in addition to the web interface.
And we've set up GoSquared to monitor the ex-smokers' being encouraged real-time.
