v.0.2.1 (csv location bugfix)

Basic bugfix release:

• Fixed bug where --input was ignored, instead loading a hardcoded file path at example_locations.csv
• Added logging details, access by setting the RUST_LOG environment variable

v0.2.0 (as a CLI tool)
