New chat command: /admin stop
This is a replacement for the /stop all command in SESE. This command should be more reliable.
/admin stop floating will stop only floating objects; components, ore, backpacks
/admin stop ships will stop only unpiloted ships
/admin stop all will stop both unpiloted ships and floating objects.
