This pull request introduces in adding UNet model using PyTorch refers to the issue #203 . I have added the .ipynb file and Readme file as UNet.md as well.
The project is done using the Carvana Image Segmentation Dataset(taken from Kaggle).
Model performance measures are as follows:
Accuracy: 99.635%
Dice Score: 0.991
