Reality Collective - Reality Toolkit Pull Request

This PR involves all submodules as listed below.

Overview

• Lots of changed files due to namespace changes, beware
• Update to latest Service Framework
• Extend lever behaviour to support min/max rotation crossing 0, such as rotation from -45 zo 45 or vice versa
• Set foundation for new Reality Toolkit settings provider, will replace legacy toolkit settings
• Make input system a dependency and drop support for legacy input module as we move on with transition to input system
